As an Australian Business, we comply to Australian consumer law.
All of our new physical products (Software is not included) include 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
When a warranty claim is made, it must be returned at buyers expense for verification and inspection by us.
If the item is deemed to be faulty and not due to user damage, then a replacement item will be provided or full refund (Sometimes full refund is the only option if another second hand part is not available).
If item is confirmed to be damaged due to user (Ie. Damaging the USB port) then two options will be provided:
1) Pay for Repair (If possible and depending on item)
2) Pay for Replacement unit
Returns are accepted for physical products within 30days of date of purchase for the following conditions:
- Item is faulty (Not damaged due to mis-use!)
- Incorrect item received
- If applicable, Software license not used
Returns for change of mind are NOT accepted.
Returns for “Item is faulty” must be inspected first to deem whether the item has been damaged due to mis-use ,including but not limited to, water damage, physical damage and circuit damage from incorrect external power supplied.
When returning an item, it must be in the exact same condition as when we sent it, we take pictures of all our products to compare condition. Item must be shipped back at Buyers Expense to verify condition and issue, if item is damaged or shows signs of wearing then partial refund will be received.
When posting, the item MUST be sent in the same manner as received which includes being returned inside a strong box and wrapped in bubble wrap along with using the postage options of tracking, signature and insurance.
